Barlo Signs has always supported the rights of businesses in New Hampshire to have effective sign advertising. In recent years, many towns have instituted policies that decrease the dimensional allowances for signs without just financial compensation. Many town planners are proposing changes in zoning ordinances that, when enacted, may result in a future devaluation of your business property.
Barlo Signs stands ready to assist in challenging any zoning change that will negatively effect the size, placement or content of your existing or proposed sign. It is also important to know that zoning changes may affect the grandfathered status of your existing sign. Many towns have put in place language in the sign codes that include controls on alterations and placement of existing and "grandfathered" signs.
